Dog training results depend on several factors, including the dog's temperament, genetics, history, environment, health, consistency of handling, owner follow-through, and the amount of continued practice after training.

Knock Out Dog Training Gulf Coast does not guarantee specific results, behavioral outcomes, off-leash reliability, aggression resolution, or permanent behavior change. We provide professional training, coaching, and guidance, but the owner is responsible for maintaining and reinforcing the training after services are completed.

Clients agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate information about their dog's behavior, bite history, medical history, training history, and temperament.
• ▸Follow safety instructions provided by the trainer.
• ▸Practice assigned homework and handling techniques.
• ▸Use recommended equipment properly and responsibly.
• ▸Keep their dog current on required vaccinations when applicable.
• ▸Inform Knock Out Dog Training Gulf Coast of any illness, injury, aggression, bite incident, or behavior change.
• ▸Understand that dog training requires consistency, repetition, and owner participation.

Failure to follow trainer instructions may reduce training effectiveness and may create safety risks.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy enough to participate in training. Knock Out Dog Training Gulf Coast may request proof of vaccinations, veterinary clearance, or other health information before accepting a dog into certain programs.

Knock Out Dog Training Gulf Coast reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, or terminate services if a dog presents a health, safety, or behavior risk to trainers, staff, other dogs, clients, or the public.

Clients must disclose any known aggression, bite history, reactivity, fear issues, resource guarding, escape history, or dangerous behavior before services begin.

Dog training may reduce risk, improve obedience, and improve management, but no training can completely eliminate risk. Owners remain legally and financially responsible for their dog's behavior at all times.

Payment terms will be provided before services begin. Some services may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before scheduling.

Appointments, evaluations, lessons, and training programs are subject to trainer availability. Missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations, or rescheduling requests may be subject to cancellation fees or loss of deposit depending on the service agreement or invoice terms provided at booking.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased, the timing of cancellation, and whether training has already started.

Because dog training requires reserved trainer time, preparation, and scheduling, deposits and payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed once services have started. If a refund, credit, or reschedule is approved, it will be handled at the discretion of Knock Out Dog Training Gulf Coast.
